
Administrative Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and motivated individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing email inboxes, and maintaining meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives and support project execution.
- Communication and Outreach: Develop and send emails, DMs, and other communications on behalf of senior executives.
- Draft presentations and supporting materials to aid in business development and stakeholder engagement.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or operations role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic Excel skills.
- Hungry to learn, execute quickly, and work closely with leadership to drive business outcomes.
