About the Role:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings and events, and preparing reports and presentations. They will also serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling confidential information with discretion.
This position requires strong coordination, discretion, and prioritization skills, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings and events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
