EA to Director cum Admin

About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Director & Admin to provide strategic support to the Director while ensuring seamless administrative operations. This role requires strong coordination, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Executive Support:
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist in managing strategic projects and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
Administrative Leadership:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations for efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics and documentation.
- Maintain organized office records, documentation, and databases.
- Manage procurement and vendor relationships for office supplies and services.
- Monitor administrative budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative best practices.
HR & Coordination:
- Assist in employee onboarding and coordinate with HR for administrative formalities.
- Maintain essential employee records and handle general HR queries.
- Facilitate interdepartmental coordination for smooth business operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Open to travel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management and office administration tools.
