Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Operations Manager to lead our retail operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing retail operations, including leadership, team development, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Development:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of employees across various departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and promote career advancement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs to improve employee productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee stock management, including inventory control and loss prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Champion a customer-first culture, resolving complaints and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Sales & Financial Management:
  • Drive sales growth by analyzing market trends, setting targets, and implementing promotional strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and expense management.
  • Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and customer trends to inform business decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a hypermarket or large-format store.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and motivation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
