Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects within the wealth management domain.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to work closely with various teams including wealth advisors, operations, compliance, and IT. They will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and overseeing system integrations with wealth management platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
  • Define and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Drive data migration and quality initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce solutions
  • Coordinate with Salesforce developers and admins for successful project execution
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance user adoption

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience with expertise in IT project management and Salesforce Platform
  • Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management / Financial Services (client onboarding, KYC/AML, financial planning, portfolio reporting)
  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration skills (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Security, Permission Sets)
  • Hands-on Salesforce customization skills (Apex, LWC, VF, Aura, Triggers, Batch Processes)

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
  • Experience working with wealth management firms, private banking, or investment advisory organizations
