About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Salesforce and nCino solutions to fill this key position.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Banking & Financial Services workflows, hands-on experience with nCino Loan Origination System (LOS), and strong expertise in the Salesforce platform.

You will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation, customization, and optimization of nCino solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Business, Product Owners, SMEs) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce & nCino solutions.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of nCino modules including Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Deposit Account Opening, Treasury, and Workflow Automation.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend system enhancements aligned with banking operations.
  • Partner with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and QA teams to ensure proper design and delivery.
  • Configure nCino features including Credit Memo, Collateral, Document Manager, Covenant Tracking, Approval Processes, and Workflow Automation.
  • Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing system enhancements.
