Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional with 2 years of experience in development and customization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications and solutions.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, and Triggers.
  • Support integration of Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
  • Debug, test, and document code to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing Salesforce enhancements.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals: data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Basic knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange packages and standard modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with effective communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
