Job Role: Salesforce CPQ Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

You will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and optimization of Quote-to-Cash processes with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ.

This position requires strong technical knowledge, experience in Agile environments, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce CPQ, proven hands-on implementation experience, and strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Opportunity-to-Invoice processes.

Gather requirements, write user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases for products, bundles, rules, attributes, guided selling, pricing & discounting. Implement Advanced Approvals (quote/quote line, smart approvals) and partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable CPQ solutions.

Support Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint demos, retrospectives, and sprint planning. Perform root cause analysis for issues and recommend solutions. Drive data migration/integration projects using Salesforce Data Loader, SQL, and SOQL queries. Provide documentation, training, and functional support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementations, enhancements, and support for Salesforce CPQ
  • Define, design, and optimize Quote-to-Cash and Opportunity-to-Invoice processes, including Service Contracts and Entitlements
  • Gather requirements, write user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases
  • Configure Salesforce CPQ for products, bundles, rules, attributes, guided selling, pricing & discounting

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 8–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce CPQ
  • Proven hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation experience (certification preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Opportunity-to-Invoice processes
  • Functional expertise in product/bundle setup, rules, guided selling, pricing, discounting, approvals
  • Experience in Service Contracts and Entitlement management
  • Proficiency in SQL/SOQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with high motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment
