Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Night Shift Ticketing Specialist to manage ticketing operations during evening and night hours. The ideal candidate should have experience in airline ticketing, strong knowledge of GDS systems, and the ability to handle client queries efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities include managing domestic and international tickets, handling amendments, refunds, and re-issuances, monitoring and resolving ticketing-related issues promptly, providing customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift, assisting clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies, working on GDS platforms for reservations and ticket issuance, ensuring accurate data entry and booking processes, liaising with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations, updating clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies, maintaining accurate transaction logs and preparing daily reports, and following company policies and adhering to industry regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
  • Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup.
