- Franchisee Onboarding and Support:
- Provide comprehensive product training, compliance guidelines, and regular coaching to new franchisees to ensure they meet performance targets.
- Offer ongoing support, including regular visits, performance reviews, and feedback, to help franchisees overcome challenges and achieve success.
- Market Intelligence and Insights:
- Gather competitor data, track market developments, and provide actionable insights to the regional sales team to inform strategic decisions.
- Recommend initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and franchisee performance reports to ensure seamless execution and informed decision-making.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Experience:
- 2 – 5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
