Job Title: Pharmaceutical Franchise Development Manager Key Responsibilities:
  • Franchise Network Expansion:
  • Identify and engage with potential franchise partners to explore mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility assessments, negotiate agreements, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful franchisee operations.
  • Revenue Growth Strategies:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets through both direct sales and franchisee channels.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed to optimize revenue growth.
  • Franchisee Onboarding and Support:
  • Provide comprehensive product training, compliance guidelines, and regular coaching to new franchisees to ensure they meet performance targets.
  • Offer ongoing support, including regular visits, performance reviews, and feedback, to help franchisees overcome challenges and achieve success.
  • Market Intelligence and Insights:
  • Gather competitor data, track market developments, and provide actionable insights to the regional sales team to inform strategic decisions.
  • Recommend initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Reporting and Administration:
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and franchisee performance reports to ensure seamless execution and informed decision-making.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
 Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 2 – 5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
