**Supply Chain Professional for Pharmaceutical Industry**

Are you a detail-oriented and data-driven professional with experience in pharmaceutical supply chain operations? We are looking for someone who can proactively manage supply chain activities with a focus on process improvement, cost control, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process Development & Compliance
  • Develop, review, and update operational procedures aligned with cGMP standards to ensure regulatory and audit requirements are met.
  • Ensure all processes meet internal standards and external regulations.
Continuous Improvement & Project Management
  • Identify and execute projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing processes in procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze and report on core supply chain KPIs (lead time, OTIF, inventory turns, supplier performance).
  • Build dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel or other relevant tools.
Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Support the procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
  • Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability at the site.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with QA, QC, Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
  • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industry.
  • Education: B Tech/ B. Pharma or MBA (in Supply Chain Operations is a plus).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Strong command of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
  • Project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and analytics platforms (if any).
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
