About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Professional to join our organization.

Location: This is a full-time position, based out of Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Evaluate suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions for our business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to achieve cost savings and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet customer demands.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover to minimize waste and maximize returns.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory to inform future business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes in a professional and timely manner.

Skill sets:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and practices, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using purchasing software and MS Office to manage data and reports.
