Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our supply planning operations. As a Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for driving the distribution plan from our central warehouse to 20 branch warehouses across multiple product categories.

Your key objective will be to align our planning with business numbers, customer channels, and frequency of distribution. You will also be tasked with ensuring product availability for billing across all channels.

To achieve this, you will need to develop and implement inventory holding policies and norms based on network lead times, SKU classification, and channel priorities. Additionally, you will need to create dispatch plans considering FTL loads, promotional priorities, seasonality, and inter-branch transfer reduction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning and distribution planning. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is preferred. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the consumer products or FMCG industry.

You will need to possess excellent analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage complexity and make informed decisions. Strong communication skills are also essential, as you will need to work closely with various stakeholders, including sales, SCM, finance, and logistics teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning/distribution planning
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and advanced Excel
  • Ability to manage complexity and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
