Job Overview

A visionary professional is required to spearhead the end-to-end implementation of complex IT transformations.

The role involves leading high-performing teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and customer satisfaction.

As a senior executive, you will be responsible for aligning delivery with program objectives, identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders, facilitating communication, and managing expectations.

You will provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management on the status of the program, monitor and manage resource capacity and workload to ensure efficient project execution, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex IT Transformation programs.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams of project managers, technical experts, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to align delivery with program objectives.
  • Identify and engage relevant stakeholders, facilitate communication, and manage expectations.
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and management on the status of the program.
  • Monitor and manage resource capacity and workload to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 18+ years) in delivering complex IT Transformation programs, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong program management skills, with a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Business Development and Pursuit Management principles.
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to influence without authority, lead, and coach others.
