Highly Ambitious Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our team at upGrad Rekrut. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with 5-8 years of experience in the real estate industry. You will be responsible for accompanying potential customers to shortlisted sites, helping them structure and negotiate deals, and providing excellent customer service.
Our Senior Sales Consultant will possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-driven and highly ambitious, and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany potential customers to shortlisted sites and help them structure and negotiate deals
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and deal progress
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives and targets
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Self-driven and highly ambitious, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
