Job Overview

We're seeking a driven marketing professional to spearhead our performance marketing efforts.

This role is perfect for someone who excels in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign execution.

  • Drive Performance: Develop and execute high-impact campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) & Meta Ads (FB & Insta)
  • Optimize Results: Track key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions) and continuously improve campaign performance
  • Test and Learn: Lead structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages & targeting
  • Collaborate with Creatives: Translate innovative ideas into effective ads that drive results
  • Unlock Insights: Analyze campaigns, uncover valuable data, and inform strategic decisions
  • Maximize Impact: Ensure every marketing dollar delivers maximum return on investment
  • Stay Ahead: Explore new paid platforms (YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) to maintain market leadership

We require someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (D2C or agency), possessing a strong passion for data-driven decision making.
