About The Company:

We are a leading player in the Sewage Treatment & Waste Water treatment industry.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Process Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering and experience in water treatment process design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design of Basic Engineering P&ID, BEP, HFD, Layout for water and sewage treatment plants.

2. Knowledge of water & sewage treatment process, preferably on STP, WTP and ETP.

3. Understanding of water & sewage treatment plant process and operation.

4. Preparation of Civil Unit List, Mechanical Equipment List, Plant Load List, Mass Balance Sheet, etc.

5. Basic Knowledge of Tendering, Estimation & Costing.

6. Preparation of Prebid queries.

7. Knowledge of Electro-Mechanical equipment in Wastewater and Water Treatment field like Submersible pumps, Blower, Screens, Gates, Chlorination systems, sludge dewatering systems.

8. Knowledge of SBR, UF, RO, ZLD systems & packages will be an advantage.

9. Coordination with Customer, Consultant, Vendor, Package supplier.

10. Checking of Vendor/ Supplier Offer & technical evaluation.

11. Preparation & Submission of final BEP documents / Drawings for consultant/customer & getting approval.

12. Checking of BEP Drawing including PFD, HFD, P&ID, Layout, etc., Civil GA, Mechanical GA & piping GA & released for approval from client.

13. Scheduling, Planning, Reviewing, Monitoring.

14. Knowledge & experience with AutoCAD.

15. Inter department coordination with, Process, Civil, Mechanical, E & I, Purchase, vendor, site team, consultant.

Salary: ₹ 7 LPA (₹ 70,000 per month) for Jr. and ₹ 10 LPA (₹ 100,000 per month) for Sr.
