Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chemical Engineer-Electroplating at Lustrous Industries LLP in Chakan MIDC. The role involves tasks such as analyzing and optimizing electroplating processes.

  1. Establishing safety procedures for working with dangerous chemicals. They also assess safety and environmental issues during or post production.
  2. Conducting tests and monitoring production processes. Perform quality checks on current processes to
  3. Designing, proposing, implementing, reviewing, and correcting plans to ensure company goals are achieved.
  4. Observing production processes, conducting research, and finding ways to increase efficiency and quality.
  5. Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure consistent product quality and performance.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with chemical processes, equipment and production systems.
  7. Perform risk assessments and safety analyses to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.
  8. Monitor and analyse production data to regulate process parameters and improve yields.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment required for chemical processes.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements and best practices in chemical engineering.

Qualifications

  1. A Degree in chemical Engineering
  2. 4+ Years of experience in Electroplating Industry
  3. Self-motivated and self-driven
  4. Awareness of process safety engineering and process safety management
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  6. Proficiency in English
