Support Engineer Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of a Support Engineer Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to customers, resolving complex issues and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product teams, to identify and resolve technical challenges.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, guaranteeing timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Document and communicate technical solutions and best practices to customers and internal teams.
  • Continuously monitor and improve support processes, tools, and systems to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, with a focus on providing advanced technical assistance.
  • Strong technical foundation, with expertise in one or more areas: databases, cloud technologies, data analytics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve intricate technical issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to customers and internal teams.
