Job Title: Acquisitions Growth Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a nationwide deal pipeline by owning the acquisitions engine, shaping investment theses, negotiating transactions, and handing over integrated, value-accretive business to operations.
  • Target identification and pipeline management involves building and refreshing a database of domestic freight brokers, applying multi-factor scoring to prioritize high potential targets, tracking adjacent segments with bankers and sector specialists, crafting concise investment memos, leading commercial, financial, operational, and legal due diligence using internal SMEs and external experts.
  • Negotiation and execution involve structuring offers and valuation models aligned with board-approved SOPs, driving term-sheet, SPA, and closing processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and secure funding packages.
  • Stakeholder and ecosystem management include cultivating relationships with founders, promoters, brokers, bankers, and PE/VC funds to maintain a proprietary deal funnel, presenting monthly pipeline dashboards and post-close performance updates to the Board Investment Committee.
