Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 2 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales, including skills in negotiation, communication, and sales strategy, and will be adept at driving revenue and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify, qualify, and prospect new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve organizational goals
- Present and demonstrate products and services effectively to clients
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
Requirements
- Proven negotiation skills for closing deals and negotiating terms
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written for customer interactions
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management systems to manage client data
- Thorough product knowledge to clearly convey features and benefits
- Strong closing skills to finalize sales and contracts
- Expertise in prospecting for identifying and qualifying potential customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
