Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced D365 Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing D365 Commerce POS modules to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Functional Workshops: Lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to retail operations and POS systems.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize D365 Commerce POS modules to meet client needs.
  • Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Implementation Support: Provide end-to-end support during implementation phases including UAT, training, and go-live.
  • Documentation: Develop functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues post-deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in Retail: Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail.
  • D365 POS Experience: Hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce).
  • Retail Business Processes: Strong understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.
  • Lifecycle Services & Azure DevOps: Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules (preferred).
