We are seeking a seasoned developer to collaborate with our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations team. This role focuses on developing, customizing, and optimizing D365 F&O solutions using X++, emphasizing reporting, system integrations, and performance enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++.
  • Create and refine reporting configurations in line with business needs.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Resolve code issues, optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects from design to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Ensure data integrity during migration activities.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Guarantee all customizations adhere to best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Extensive experience with X++ development in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in reporting within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Familiarity with D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Information Management.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with ISVs.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O or related areas.
  • Exposure to localizations and compliance for multi-country implementations.
