CyberArk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver exceptional support services in Identity and Access Management (IAM). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and deploying Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solution.

About the Role:

  • Implement and deploy Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solution for large-scale customers across various industry verticals.
  • Lead project execution and demonstrate strong technical leadership.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the CyberArk privileged account security suite – CyberArk version 7.x, 8.x, 9.x, and 10.x.
  • Utilize CyberArk PACLI to automate tasks related to user and safe management.
  • Capture detailed requirements for the CyberArk solution based on input from platform owners, eco-system owners, target architecture, and high-level requirements.
  • Design and Architecture of the overall CyberArk implementation.
  • Perform compliance checks on CyberArk for IT security safes and provide alerts and reports appropriately. Investigate, provide RCA, and resolve incidents.
  • Travel as required for deployments at customer sites.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop advanced knowledge of Windows/VMware administration.
  • Stay up-to-date with network design, application/infrastructure security concepts, techniques, technologies, and tools.
  • Prior experience working in an on/offshore environment and delivering quality outcomes is essential.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and empathy towards clients.
  • Contribute to resolving technical queries and providing specialist input.
