Benefits Module Configuration Expert

The role of Benefits Module Specialist is to support the maintenance and enhancement of our benefits module. A key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Modify/configure and maintain benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles.
- Support open enrollment and life event processing.
- Develop and troubleshoot fast formulas, HCM extracts, and HDL data loads.
- Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance.
- Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution.
- Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments.
- Document configurations, processes, and change requests.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with at least 3 in benefits.
- Understanding of benefits setup, eligibility rules, and enrollment flows.
- Proficiency in building/modifying extracts, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and fast formulas.
- Experience with HCM extracts and third-party integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or agile practices.
