About the Role

Seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in configuring and customizing Maximo modules. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Maximo Asset Management, including v7.6 or later, and expertise in developing and maintaining workflows, escalations, automation scripts, and BIRT reports.

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management (preferably v7.6 or later)
  • Strong expertise in configuring and customizing Maximo modules (Work Order, Asset, Inventory, Procurement, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain workflows, escalations, automation scripts, and BIRT reports
  • Perform system administration tasks including user setup, security groups, domains, and cron jobs
  • Participate in Maximo implementations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning
  • Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, web services, and middleware for integrations
  • Proficiency in Java, SQL, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Jython)
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective Maximo solutions
  • Create documentation, user manuals, and deliver end-user training
  • Familiarity with cloud deployments (IBM Maximo Application Suite on AWS/Azure) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; IBM Maximo certification preferred
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
