**Business Intelligence Expert Wanted for E-commerce Success**

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general IT business analysis, specifically from an e-commerce domain. This role involves working closely with client stakeholders and business users to gather and document solution requirements, design solutions, and configure data structures and business processes.

  • We are looking for a seasoned professional who can provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements, as well as developing user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams.
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues, leveraging their understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework to deliver results under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Hands on experience in general IT business analysis coming from e-commerce domain.
  • 2-3 years implementing e-commerce platforms.
  • Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
