**Job Title:** Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Application Specialist (Warehouse)

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business functions in describing and documenting business requirements for the application.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert business requirements into a development maintenance plan for the application, respecting global IT strategy and policies.
  • Collaborate with other application specialists to ensure a consistent solution and long-term governance of data.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities. They will also stay updated on vendor updates, patches, and fixes, contributing skills and knowledge to the development and maintenance plan.

  • Key Competencies:
  • Contribute to work on IT architecture and design rules, introducing new functionality and proposing changes to drive business efficiency.
  • Follow up on quality, performance, and cost efficiency of the application.
  • Document and maintain records of business requirements for the application and area in scope.

This role requires providing second- and third-line support when needed, end-user training, user manuals, and FAQs for the application.

  • Drive testing of the application in accordance with the defined test strategy and plan.
  • Lead work on implementation of compliance to policies, laws, and regulations, and relevant industry standards for the application and area in scope.
