Land Acquisition Manager Position

The Adani Cement Business is seeking an experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join our team in Kurnool, India.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate land acquisition across multiple regional sites and resolve land issues as a support function to the Cement Business.
  • Monitor progress and prepare periodic MIS reports to exhibit acquisition progress and issue resolution.

Key Requirements:

  • Familiarity with land acquisition processes and regulations.
  • Understanding of revenue documentation, government regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, Excel proficiency, and ability to handle multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Knowledge of Google Earth and KMZ.

Work Experience:

Total experience of 7 to 12 years with a minimum of 5 years in land acquisition and management.

Candidates with experience in the cement industry are preferred but not mandatory.
