Job Title:

Program Manager - Offline

Job Summary:

A highly influential program manager will drive our company's offline agenda by developing and executing long-term strategic plans, providing strategic advice and insights on critical business matters, and overseeing special projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute long-term strategic plans, identify priorities, set goals, and monitor progress.
  • Communication and Representation: Serve as a spokesperson for the Offline Head and represent the executive office in internal and external meetings and events.
  • Decision Support: Provide strategic advice and insights on critical business matters.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage special projects and initiatives.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In management or a related field.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of strategic planning processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Ongoing organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven track record in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and team-building.
