Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader Operations to lead and manage a high-performing team, drive productivity, quality, shrinkage, and attrition across the organization. As a seasoned operations expert, you will be responsible for providing coaching, support, and guidance to team members, reviewing processes for improvement, identifying training needs, and ensuring achievement of individual contributor targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 15–20 members, driving performance across productivity, quality, shrinkage, and attrition.
• Provide regular coaching and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
• Review and recommend improvements to processes to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Identify training needs and address process gaps to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Monitor performance and conduct weekly coaching sessions to ensure team members are meeting their targets.
• Handle floor support and escalations, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure achievement of individual contributor targets, maintaining Average Handling Time levels as per targets across tenure buckets.
• Utilize basic computer skills, especially MS Excel, to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in handling international processes and team management/supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
