We are seeking a Financial Operations Specialist

This is an onsite role in Pune, India, involving the management of daily accounting tasks in Zoho Books, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts. The position requires handling foreign payments, maintaining financial records, and preparing key reports like MIS and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing all types of joint ventures and making accounting entries in Zoho Accounting Software.
  • Booking sales, purchases, expenses, and receipt entries in the system.
  • Maintaining proper filing of all types of documents, journal vouchers, and expense vouchers.
  • Reconciling cash, bank, and parties (creditors/debtors).
  • Handling foreign remittance inward/outward and closing all payments.
  • Verifying physical stock registers and depreciation sheets, and maintaining Financial Accounting Records.
  • Coordinating documentation and disbursement of funds.
  • Preparing MIS reports, cash and fund flow statements, and other financial reports.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing financial tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce.
  • CA Inter with 0-2 years of experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • ZOHO accounting Software experience.
  • Knowledge of Journal Vouchers and Expense Vouchers.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot table).
