Job Title: Financial Operations Lead

We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee our Bookkeeping team as a Financial Operations Lead. This position involves ensuring the accuracy of clients' financial records, meeting tax deadlines, and providing timely reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for client review.
  • General Accounting: Lead the team in performing day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account balances.
  • Taxation: Ensure all tax deadlines are met, and returns are filed on time.

This role offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic work environment. A US CPA is preferred.

Requirements:
  • US CPA or equivalent certification
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
