Senior CRE Lending Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive leader to oversee a team of analysts supporting commercial real estate lending operations.

Job Description:

Lead and mentor analysts processing CRE loan applications, credit documentation, and portfolio management. Ensure delivery in line with SLAs/KPIs with a high accuracy rate. Track, review, and report team performance; conduct regular feedback and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management & Delivery
    • Manage day-to-day delivery and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
    • Review and approve credit papers/documentation prior to submission.
    • Support the use of front-end systems to monitor loan applications through approval.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Enforce adherence to lending policy, standards, and criteria.
    • Collaborate with risk and financial crime teams.
    • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and client-specific policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the single point of contact for client stakeholders.
    • Manage escalations, provide operational updates, and lead process alignment discussions.
    • Facilitate transparent communication between teams.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting
    • Identify initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
    • Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and insights.
  • Training & Development
    • Conduct training on CRE lending practices, compliance, and systems.
    • Drive continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ad Hoc
    • Participate in stakeholder meetings as required.
    • Handle special projects and additional responsibilities.
