Loan Operations Specialist Job Description

As a key member of our Lending Services division, you will play an integral part in the review and analysis of commercial loan documentation to ensure compliance with applicable SLA's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review loan documentation to guarantee adherence to service level agreements.
  • Enter loan details into the ACBS system of record, including borrower entities, guarantor entities, rate, repayment, accrual, collateral, etc.
  • Understand complex loan structures and documentation, including large transactions.
  • Translate key terms from loan documentation into the ACBS system of record.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients on all servicing related activity for the bank's direct/bi-lateral/Syndicated loan portfolio.
  • Monitor and perform ACBS system input as needed for timely administration of rate options, borrowing base adjustments, reduction to revolver schedules, and facility utilization changes.
  • Work directly with agent banks to resolve issues within the portfolio.
  • Receive research and maintenance requests from lending officers and clients, and perform necessary analysis and system input.
  • Review and balance daily reconciliation reports for general ledger activity tied to loan servicing.
  • Respond to client inquiries around loan balance, rate information, and loan statement questions.
