About Us:

We are actively seeking a seasoned Corporate Legal professional with hands-on experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex financial agreements. This is a high-impact role pivotal to supporting our core lending operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for:
  • Co-lending transactions
  • Securitisation transactions – including PTC (Pass-Through Certificates) and DA (Direct Assignment)
  • Debt instruments such as Facility Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Corporate Guarantees, and related security documents
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide legal support accordingly
  • Liaise with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely and compliant execution of transactions
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines
  • Support due diligence, risk mitigation, and legal compliance checks related to lending activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in:
  • Co-lending structures
  • PTC / DA documentation
  • Debt and borrowing transactions
  • Prior work experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment is highly preferred
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
