Expert Derivatives Lawyer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Expert Derivatives Lawyer. The ideal candidate will be an experienced lawyer with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience working with leading financial institutions.

This role requires exposure to European, Asian, and US markets, coupled with sound knowledge of Corporate Law and Contract Law. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts and agreements, particularly ISDA Master Agreement, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, Global Master Stock Lending Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.

As an Expert Derivatives Lawyer, you will collaborate effectively with the team, demonstrate excellent people management skills, and possess the ability to train others on derivative documents. Sound legal understanding and advanced knowledge of finance-based contracts, derivative business, and market are essential for this position.
