Job Title: Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Asset Management Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be at the forefront of operational efficiency and client experience.

Key Qualities We're Looking For:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful reports.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and asset management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; familiarity with Alteryx is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining existing Power BI reports and creating new dashboards as required, utilizing various data sources.
  • Participating in the preparation of quarterly ALCO meetings, coordinating with various entities, including Accounting, Treasury, Compliance, Risks, and business lines.
  • Steering the management of prudential regulatory liquidity ratios, ensuring compliance with both local and global requirements.
  • Conducting ad-hoc data analysis on the balance sheet and synthesizing insights to support decision-making.

Required Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and various data sources to derive actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to collaborate well within a team to achieve goals.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in the banking or financial sector, specifically in Asset and Liability Management, financial analysis, or related fields.
  • Experience working with Power BI, MS Office, and conducting data analysis; familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, DAX, and SQL is advantageous.
