Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Asset Management expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of experience in asset management analysis and possess advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
  • Strong accounting knowledge, with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Evaluate asset performance vs. budget and historical benchmarks
  • Identify key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements
  • Synthesize findings into actionable insights for the asset management team
  • Critical thinker who actively questions assumptions, seeks clarity, and works independently to uncover causes and performance drivers with the help of operations and accounting
  • Clear communicator who can relay financial insights and operational observations to the team lead in a structured and concise manner
  • Project management skills, including coordinating timelines, managing deliverables, and tracking progress across multiple projects and deadlines
