Lead Software Engineer

The successful candidate will lead teams from mid-size squads to large groups, design & deliver high-quality, scalable Java applications, collaborate across architecture, dev management, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Technical Expertise :
    • Java ecosystem (Java EE, Spring DI/AOP, Spring Framework)
    • RESTful Web Services and Microservices (Spring Boot)
    • Databases : Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
    • Real-time messaging : Kafka (or similar)
    • CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitLab
    • Cloud & containerization : AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Leadership & Methodology :
    • Agile methodologies with quality and standards emphasis
    • Architecture, planning, and full lifecycle implementation
    • Mentoring and technical guidance

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Qualifications : B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience : 10+ years in Java/J2EE
  • Proven leadership of high-performing engineering teams
  • Personality : Team-player, self-driven, positive under pressure
  • Mindset : Creative, proactive, adding value beyond the code
