About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned UI Designer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our internal IT team at a leading educational institution. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for Business Central applications, ensuring seamless integration with the institution's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and optimize user interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central applications, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with institutional goals.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and develop effective UI/UX solutions for Business Central.
  3. Customize Business Central themes and user interface components to reflect the institution's branding and improve usability for various departments.
  4. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve the user interface continuously and enhance the overall user experience.
  5. Develop and maintain UI/UX design standards and guidelines for Business Central to ensure consistency and best practices across all applications.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on designing for ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Proven experience designing user interfaces for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate with developers effectively and understand technical constraints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving the user experience.
