Role and Responsibilities

Gallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a UI/UX Designer. This role involves creating Power BI designs for dashboards, ensuring familiarity with Power BI capabilities and constraints, and applying user experience design principles to UI design in Power BI. The UI/UX Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and visually appealing dashboards that enhance user experience and support data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design.

Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate


Preferred Skills

Should have EXCELLENT knowledge on:

  • Understanding of data visualization and UX principles for creating user-friendly interfaces
  • Proficiency in Power BI and UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
  • Strong understanding of user experiences design principles
  • Experience with creating and optimizing Power BI dashboards
  • Agile delivery, including user story grooming and sprint planning, development, and user acceptance.
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Collaboration and communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Quality mindset
  • Ability to ensure designs meet user requirements and business goals


Work Experience

3+ year of relevant experience.

Strong domain knowledge.
