Role and ResponsibilitiesGallagher Center of Excellence is seeking to hire a UI/UX Designer. This role involves creating Power BI designs for dashboards, ensuring familiarity with Power BI capabilities and constraints, and applying user experience design principles to UI design in Power BI. The UI/UX Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and visually appealing dashboards that enhance user experience and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in design.
Qualifications and Education RequirementsMicrosoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
Preferred SkillsShould have EXCELLENT knowledge on:Understanding of data visualization and UX principles for creating user-friendly interfacesProficiency in Power BI and UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or FigmaStrong understanding of user experiences design principlesExperience with creating and optimizing Power BI dashboardsAgile delivery, including user story grooming and sprint planning, development, and user acceptance.Excellent documentation skillsCollaboration and communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholdersAbility to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologiesQuality mindsetAbility to ensure designs meet user requirements and business goals
Work Experience3+ year of relevant experience.Strong domain knowledge.
