Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user experience. You will have the opportunity to shape the look and feel of our digital products and ensure seamless interaction for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Research: Conduct user research, create user personas, and analyze user needs to guide design decisions.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using industry-standard tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) to visualize user interfaces and experiences.
  • User Interface Design: Create aesthetically pleasing and functional UI designs that align with brand guidelines and improve user engagement.
  • User Experience Design: Ensure an intuitive user experience by creating seamless navigation flows, interactive elements, and easy-to-use interfaces.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.
  • User Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and accessibility.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools such as InVision or Axure.
  • UX Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • UI Skills: Ability to create visually stunning designs that resonate with the target audience and align with brand identity.
  • Front-End Knowledge: Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical mindset.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work and thought process.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with animation and interactive design.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Experience in designing for mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Familiarity with design accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
