Accounting Supervisor Role

Job Summary:

  • iConsultera seeks candidates with strong educational backgrounds and corporate experience in AP, finalization of statements, and handling Real Estate processes.
  • This professional will work on assigned clients/portfolios performing responsibilities in the best professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform reconciliations and ensure clients receive service excellence in line with our standards.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of client financial matters, stay updated on taxation and relevant legislation.
  • Maintains accurate records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Develops systems to account for financial transactions and maintain historical records.
  • Prepares financial reports by analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of accounting experience within the corporate/business sector.
  • Hands-on experience in AP, AR using QuickBooks in Real Estate Accounting.
  • Education background with either a Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, US Accounting, and Taxation process.
  • Experience working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
  • Candidate must be CPA enrolled.
