Job Summary

A skilled financial professional is needed to support our organization's finance operations with a focus on accounts management.

Main ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting
  • Daily sales reports must be prepared before 10:00 AM and circulated among stakeholders.
  • Day-end processing generates necessary reports by departments/outlets.
  • All revenue transactions are audited for accuracy, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly management reports are prepared as required.
  • Credit card reconciliations are performed daily and posted to the system.
Cash Management
  • Cashier envelopes are collected and counted daily with a witness.
  • All amounts received are recorded in the General Cashier Daily Report.
  • Petty cash is managed and reconciled, with disbursements made after verifying requests.
  • Cash floats are maintained at optimum levels.
Accounting Support
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations are conducted, and financial reporting assistance is provided.
  • The chief accountant is assisted with annual and interim audits.
  • Filing is maintained properly, and record retention policies are adhered to.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Frequent sitting, use of hands, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and accounting systems.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
