Job Description

As a seasoned financial professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and financial success through high-level tasks. Your primary objectives include:

  • Valuation of businesses, assets, and securities for strategic planning purposes.
  • Analysis of historical financial results to identify trends and potential risks.
  • Challenging assumptions related to future financial projections to ensure accuracy.
  • Development of discount rates and comprehensive financial statement analysis.
  • Market research and industry growth estimates to inform business decisions.
  • Construction and review of valuation models to ensure reliability.
  • Support with report preparation and presentation of analyses to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with team members and provision of mentorship as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in fair value, purchase price allocation, and/or goodwill impairments.
  • Familiarity with financial databases and tools such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and ability to analyze complex financial models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
