Job Title: Senior HR & Finance Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior HR & Finance Operations Specialist. This role combines back-end HR operations (payroll, compliance, documentation) and accounting support (bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial record management). The ideal candidate will ensure seamless HR operations while contributing to accurate financial processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee attendance records for accuracy in timesheets.
  • Process payroll, including statutory deductions like PF, ESI, TDS, etc.
  • Maintain leave management systems for fair and consistent implementation.
  • Support employee queries related to payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Back-end HR activities include onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.
  • Drive offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters.

Accounting & Finance:

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks: ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable records and vendor payment processing.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data entry in accounting software.
  • Support audits with financial and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate on budgeting, tax filings, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in HR operations (payroll, compliance, documentation, offer rollouts).
  • Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and confidentiality skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
