Our team is responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements according to international accounting standards. This involves ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, as well as liaising with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

We maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. We also provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support business decisions, analyzing financial performance and identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements according to IND AS and IFRS.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Liaise with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support business decisions.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Interpret and implement new accounting standards (IND AS / IFRS).
  • Provide guidance on complex accounting issues including revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, etc.
  • Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration from an accounting perspective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, tax, treasury, and legal.
  • Present financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of IND AS, IFRS, and financial reporting frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), and financial modeling.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
