Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor management, vendor payments, and related MIS.
- Provide end-to-end administrative support to stores and office.
- Maintenance AMC, pest control, service & repair.
- Oversee and coordinate events.
- Travel management.
- Inventory management of supplies and assets.
- Manage HK/Security/Delivery boys and office assistants for a hygienic workplace and smooth operations.
- Procurement, PO, GRN, Invoice processing.
- Recommend cost-saving options.
- Procuring/renewal of admin-related licenses and MIS.
- Audit the workplace for hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, organised approach to multitasking.
- Strong customer focus and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Willng to travel within and outside Bangalore.
